ARTWARD International call for entries deadline: September 30, 2014

The ARTWARD is an international art competition, active since 2010 and is currently in its 7th edition, awarded by the agency ICAA e.K.

The ARTWARD is focused on the young talents in art: international freelance fine art artists under the age of 40, debutants and art students from the areas of painting, sculpting, photography, graphic reproduction, installation, video, media art, and new media. The prize money, as well as artist-in-residence programs offer artists the opportunity to implement new projects. The goal is to support artists in their unencumbered creation. The prize is democratic and transparent. Each candidate is given an unique URL page with text and images, and is promoted on our social network platforms. An international jury, consisting of renowned art experts, judges not only on outstanding artistic quality, innovation and a compelling total work are just as important. In addition, they act as an agent between artists and collectors, curators, galleries and our customer projects.

The 7th ARTWARD consists of:

  • a financial award to support artistic practice of € 4,000
  • a newcomer award of € 1,000
  • a 6 week Artist-in-Residenc in the studio loft by Belgian collector Alain Servais, Brussels
  • a public choice award of € 500
