SACI faculty exhibitions: Jacopo Santini in Florence + Lisa Nocentini in Mantova

Jacopo SantiniThe faculty at Studio Art Centers International in Florence is a group of international, practicing and professional artists and scholars that are successful in their fields and are always busy with new projects. Currently, SACI Photography instructor, Jacopo Santini, has a solo exhibition exhibition in Florence, while SACI Ceramics instructor, Lisa Nocentini, is exhibiting her work in Mantova. And in the SACI Gallery, you can see landscape paintings by 2d Area Head and Painting and Drawing instructor, Gary Lissa, in his exhibition Inside/Outside, through November 7, 2014.

Next summer, in July 2015, Jacopo Santini will be the On-Site Program Director of SACI’s new Venice Biennale Program where students can study Digital Photography and Contemporary Art while visiting the Venice Biennale locations around the city and beyond.

Fuggevoli Presenze is a ceramics installation consisting of 50 carts connected in a sinuous path, seemingly infinite. Each cart presents us with an unexpected scene, and each narrative takes us to an imaginry a parallel world of curiosities.

Hours: Monday to Saturday 10am – 12:30pm / 4-7:30 pm. Closed Holidays.
