SACI instructor, Pietro Manzo, in “RADICI” exhibition opening December 14 at 3pm



Open Group: RADICI – ROOTS

Opens: Sunday, December 14, 2014 from 3-6pm

The group of artists called OPEN GROUP was founded in Florence in 2010. Following their projects called “Utopia,” “Vegetables,” and “Italy” they are back on the scene with a new exhibition with an evocative theme, “Roots,” presented together with a catalog enriched by a critical essay from Alberto Salvadori.

OPEN GROUP is composed of young and mid-career artists who have already shown their work in major solo and group exhibitions in Italy and abroad, which on this occasion has selected 14 artists presenting painting, sculpture, video and installations by:

Valerio LeftArm Bellini, Olimpia Benini, Fiona Corsini, Catherine Enni, Paolo Fumagalli, Francesco Gnot, Gianluca Gori, Francesca Guicciardini, Olivia Magris, Pietro Manzo, Marco Mazzoni, James Piussi, Alessandro Rizzi, Mattia Vegni

The exhibition RADICI is staged within the spaces of the recent industrial recovery, the “Amalfi Residences” organized by the Costruzioni Spagnoli firm who want to give their support to this cultural project.
