Photo by Ralph GibsonThe RMA Institute proudly presents a photography exhibition by an iconic American photographer Ralph Gibson. Ralph Gibson has dedicated more than 40 years refining his photography. In his first solo exhibition in Thailand, more than 30 of his photographs from different periods throughout his photographic career are on display in conjunction with the Photo Bangkok Festival.

Some of his publications include: The Somnambulist (1970), Deuex Machina (1999) Brazil (2005), State of Axe (2008), Light String (2004), and Nude (2012). Ralph Gibson’s photographs are in museums around the world including Museum of Modern Art, New York; Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York; The National Museum of Modern Art, Kyoto; Metropolitan Museum of Art, Tokyo; Biblioteque National, Paris; Museum fur Kunst und Gewerbe, Hamburg, Germany; and the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation. He obtained numerous international awards such as the honorable Guggenheim Memorial Fellowship.

Ralph Gibson is also a member of the SACI Artists Council and has previously held photography workshops with students at SACI.
